Services

We accommodate 4-5 light single engine aircraft per hangar. Hangar rolling door openings are 55ft  X 18ft high. Each resident aircraft has some dedicated wall space for rolling tool chests, tools and spares. Electric 110v power points are conveniently located along the walls and 220v is also available. The hangar is well insulated and heated with overhead radiant heating ensuring that your bird is dry and warm when the weather turns grim.

As can be expected in a shared facility there will be times when aircraft in the front positions will require moving to allow aircraft in the rear bays access to the ramp. This is done with experienced operators and the right equipment and when possible the owner present. We strive to keep the less active aircraft at the back of the hangar with the more frequently operated planes in pole position. Helicopters are usually parked nose in and have unrestricted door access.

Rental rates are calculated on the dimensions of the aircraft to be accommodated we multiply the length of the A.C by the wingspan to get a figure in square feet, then apply our rental rate to that.

E.G   Cessna 172N            wingspan   36ft          length   27 ft

36X27 =  972 x 0.95 (rate per sq ft) = ?

Typically vacancies are morereadily available in the spring and summer with occupancy becoming more in demand in late fall and winter. Aircraft activity levels and movements being more active in the summer months than winter. Most winters the aircraft at the back of the hangar are static.

Pilot briefing :  We provide WiFi network throughout the hangar and have a host terminal on our LAN for pilot use, checking the weather, filing your flight plan, EAPIS filing for USA etc.  These services are at no extra charge.

We also offer high speed full colour printing for manuals & documents. Fax transmission/receive, scan to print or e mail. Binding, Laminating, packaging, shipping and receiving and mailing services. We are an authorised UPS, Fedex, Canpar, Purlator  depot. These facilities are at an additional cost as per usage.

Complimentary passenger lounge : Make yourself comfortable in our passenger  lounge with TV beverages and snacks  are by your arrangement.

Check up on your plane and the hangar via our webcams using your customer login. You can take a look at the south ramp, see inside the hangar or just look at  your plane 24/7 via the internet.

You can have your privately registered aircraft serviced by our associated mobile AME who will perform annual/100hr inspections and routine maintenance within the comfort of our hangar. Commercially registered aircraft usually go to the AMO of which we have several on the field, valet service is available to move your plane if you need, nominal rates apply.
